Complete Operation 1-2 TPH Pellet Mill

This system was installed in 2016. It has low hours and the owner is no longer in the US. Ready to be removed!

• Hopper with chain in the bottom
• Screw feeder from hopper to conditioner
• Bühler 520/138 pellet mill with conditioner and 200 HP motor (We been told the capacity is about 2 metric ton per hour, depending on rawmaterials)
• Two dies and extra rollers
• Long conveyer from mill to cooling tower
• Cooling tower Conveyer from cooling tower to screen (this one is old and needs change)
• Vibrating screen
• New conveyer from screen to small silo for bagger
• Semi manual bagging unit with scale, welder and different conveyers. All stainless steel.
• All electricals are included. Pellet mill comes with soft start and transformer from European electricity to US electricity. All new.
• There is a big PTO driven custom made hammer mill included. It is not installed.
• There is a full pallet of neutral PE bags included
