Ultimizer Optimizing System

This machine was removed from service in October, 2019, in good working condition.  It was used on a daily basis. Note from seller What is for sale is 3 items, the measuring station/infeed into the saw, (the factory calls this the Smart Belt), the saw, and the sort conveyor with I believe 6 kickers. No waste conveyors, no marking station, no off bearer tables, not lateral feeder (feed table). Spare parts are 1 – spare belt material for the Smart Belt. 1 – 8”x122” 1 st bottom infeed belt into the saw. 3 – aluminum waste blow off back fence inserts, the blade goes through the center 1 – 300H200 drive belt 2 – 780H200 drive belts 1 – 600H200 drive belt 1 – 630H200 drive belt 1 – saw blade arbor with pulley and bearings Even though there is not a feed table, the MCC that controlled the factory feed table is included. The machine ran good when it was removed from service, we have noticed that the sort conveyor drive roller has worn inside the bearing and will need a new shaft or roller/shaft.
