This machine was purchased by the seller and needed major work done. A technician came in and stripped the entire machine down and replaced all major wear parts. A detailed list of work completed can be supplied by CMS. 3-Heads on Top 3-Heads on Bottom Work completed by technician Replaced bearings in all sanding drums and resurfaced all sanding drums. Adjusted all pressure shoe and replaced all pressure shoe springs Rebuilt bottom sander table lifting jack screws as they are split nuts so replaced all bearing in those assemblies Replaced all six sanding belt over travel switches along with the switch attachment plate that was plastic with steel mounting plates. Along with the belt breaking switches. Replaced feed mat bearings and resurfaced feed mat.
