Union Tool Engineered Flooring Line

Hot melt engineered flooring line is still under power and available for inspection:

1. This consists of a hopper fed infeed conveyor with adjustable fence
2. 2011 12” Union Tool hot melt roll coater complete with spare applicator roll
3. Nordson Holt melt 55 gallon glue melter and pump
4. 16ft layup table
5. 8 Nip press with rubber rolls for making smooth top and rough face flooring, each roller is independently pressed, comes with several spare air cylinders.
6. Movable Manual chopsaw for cutting glued up boards into sections.
