Changing the set up is easier than ever. Simply change the chamfer length adjustment cam and adjust the outfeed hopper for the new board length, and you’re done! So, change-over time is now less than five minutes. The feed system is tilted at a 20° angle to keep material aligned before and after entering the cutter head. This helps prevent jams. You can expect production of up to 1,600 boards per hour with the Baker SureChamfer.
